Digital download terms.

Licence

Your purchase grants a non-transferable licence to use and print the supplied files for your own ensemble, studio or personal performance use. Files may not be resold, shared publicly or distributed to other organisations.

Delivery

Digital files become available after payment is confirmed. Keep the confirmation page available until your download is complete.

Refunds and support

Because files are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final. If a file is faulty, duplicated or inaccessible, contact raquelviola@gmail.com and the issue will be resolved.

Payment and privacy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
